SITE CONCEPT : |

We give her a digital camera (at least 5 mp) and let her take all the pictures she wants. Some girls take selfpics of themselves or with boyfriend/girlfriend or they use the auto timer thing on the camera. Some others go a bit farther and do wild and nasty little selfvideos. After the memory card is full she brings the camera back to us and then we put it on the website. |

| Yes! Absolutely no coaching or helping done by us. We give them the camera ( Nikon coolpix 5400 - 5.1megapixels) and let them do whatever they want with it. That "other" selfpic site has professional photographers that coach the models and tell them exactly what to do. And did you see how fucking fat and hairy some of those girls are? Damn! |
| What kind of camera they use ? |
| At very begining of Herselfpics we gave girls a Canon Powershot 2.8 megapixel but we rapidly realized that was not enought quality for low light exposure. We changed it for a Nikon Coolpix 5400, 4.1 megapixel wich was a lot better and very usefull for girls cuz of the turnover lcd sreen. After a year we decided to upgrade again with a Canon Powershot A620, 7.1 megapixel with still that usefull turnover lcd screen. |
| Why are some pictures blurry or over exposed ? |
| With the selfpics concept, it's hard to have constant pic quality because the girls who take the pictures are not professionals at all and even have some problem to make good focus before they take selfpics. Also when they are to near from what they want to shoot, the flash can make a blank spot and the picture is over expose in that way. Remember that the farthest they can shoot is the length of their arms. Just try it for yourself some time to see how hard it actually is to get everything lined up and in focus with perfect exposure. You will be surprised how hard it is! |
| Why you put blurry pictures on the site ? |
| Because we thought you would want to see those too. It's an amateur site with amateur girls and, yep, amateur stuff too. We want that site to be the most authentic possible. And if we threw out every photo that wasn't perfect you would be seeing sets with only 30 pics. Just like that "other" selfpic site! |
| Why are updates not on the same day each week ? |
| Sometimes it's hard to find girls for herselfpics because a lot are students or normal teen girls that we found in clubs or newspaper ads. We try to take the cutest and sometimes it's hard to find. And then we have to deal with the normal characteristics of the average teenage girl. We had one girl that took the camera and then disappeared for 6 weeks! And it is all too common for a girl to show up with only 50 pics or to be a day late. But we DO try! |
| Why aren't there more videos on the site ? |
| For 2 major reasons. First we added videos only few months ago so all the earliest girls never made any. And second, some girls are a bit weird and prefer the make pictures but are too shy to make videos. Really impossible to convince them sometimes, LOL! |
| Can I see these girls on other websites or they are exclusives to Herselfpics.com ? |
| Lots of our girls never did this kind of thing before and Herselfpics is their very first experience in the world of porn on the net. | We are based in Montreal, Canada. The girls come from here and all around the Montreal area and other parts of Canada. Montreal is located in the province (same thing as a state) of Quebec.
